Privacy

No passport numbers, no dates of birth, no portal passwords, no documents, no payment card details (Stripe processes payment on their own pages). There are no user accounts. This is by design — data we don't hold can't leak.

• Your email address — to send the alerts you asked for and the link to manage them.
• Your chosen routes — city and destination country pairs, to know which alerts to send you.
• Alert history — which alerts we sent you and when, kept for dispute resolution.
• Payment records — Stripe's transaction reference and what was purchased; never the card itself.

Unsubscribe (remove all routes on your manage page) and your routes stop immediately. Email addresses with no active routes and no paid period are deleted within 90 days. To be deleted immediately, email [email protected] from the address in question.

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our email delivery provider — sends the alert emails.
• Our hosting providers — run the site and database.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we run no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. If we ever add analytics, this page will name the tool before it ships.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted: [email protected]. If you're in the UK or EU, GDPR applies to all of the above, and you may also complain to your data protection authority.
